Frequently Asked Questions

What does a Day of Coordinator do?

Technically, they are called a "Month of Coordinator." They step in anywhere between 6-8 weeks before your event to tie the loose ends. They call your vendors, create a timeline, run rehearsal and so much more!

As the Bride and Groom, what do we do next, after booking with Black Diamond?

Congratulations! Now that you have booked, you will receive an onboarding packet. Some of the forms you will receive will help you in your planning journey while other forms are to help me understand more about what it is you are looking for on your wedding day.

How many hours will you be present on my wedding day?

It all depends on the package that best suits you. It can range from 6 hours to 10+ hours depending on each event.

How will my vendors know what time to show up?

I will be able to determine what time your vendors need to show up based on the timeline I put together for your event.

What do I do if someone gets out of hand or something goes wrong the day of my wedding?

Despite all planning, mishaps do happen. As your planner, I step in to handle whatever the situation may be so you can enjoy your wedding day.

Do you travel?

Yes! I love to do destination events and have done several! There is an upcharge to cover travel and accommodation expenses for such events.
