A wedding planner is more involved in the decision-making of the planning process. They are involved from start to finish while a coordinator focuses more on the execution of the plans. 

What are the next steps, after booking with Black Diamond?

Now that you have booked, you will receive a digital onboarding packet/booklet. It is full of resources that will help in your planning process. The best part is that your wedding planner helps you every step of the way!

How many hours do you work on my wedding day?

Every wedding is different, so it can range from 6 hours to 12 hours, depending on the package/service needed.

What is the average cost a couple will typically spend?

Couples typically spend about $3200 with us. We offer discounts to help our couples so they don't have to compromise the wedding they dream of having. 

how will my vendors know what time they need to arrive?

As your wedding planner, it is important to me that I am in constant communication with your vendors. As we collaborate, we will ensure that your timeline flows smoothly and that all arrival times are correct. 

What if something were to go sideways the day of my wedding?

Rest assure, I diligently and relentlessly double check every detail before your wedding day arrives to ensure every detail is in order. With my quick intuition, there is no logistical challenge I won't solve.  Most often, it's before you are even aware of it.

do you travel?

Yes, I love to travel! I love to do destination events and have done several! There is an upcharge to cover travel and accommodation expenses for such events.
